What can GenLabs do?
GenLabs takes the product photo you already have and makes listing-ready product images, ad images and short videos with a Thai-speaking AI presenter, then schedules the posts to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. It also keeps your logo, colours and brand details for every job, and lets you edit images, remove backgrounds and resize for each channel in the app. One set takes 2 minutes. It works in a phone browser, in Thai and in English.
Do I have to write prompts?
No. You give the product photo and the direction you want, and GenLabs writes the prompts. If you want to add your own instructions, you can type them in.
Can GenLabs make video?
Yes. GenLabs makes short videos with a Thai-speaking AI presenter from your product photo and a brief, at 10-15, 20 and 30 seconds. A 10-15 second video uses 15 credits. The 10 trial credits you get at signup are for trying images. There is no free video at signup.
Which platforms can GenLabs post to?
GenLabs can post and schedule to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Connect your accounts once. Posting is included in the plan and uses no credits. Startup connects 1 social account. How much does it cost, and can I try it first?
Plans start at 599 baht a month (Startup: 80 credits). Pro is 1,990 baht a month (400 credits) and Business is 4,990 baht a month (1,600 credits). Pay by card with monthly renewal, or by PromptPay for 30 days at once. 1 credit makes 1 standard image. Pro and Business have Relax mode, which makes images one at a time in a shared queue at no credit cost. After you sign up you get 10 trial credits. See the pricing page for the details.
What should I check before I use it, and can I fix things?
Check the Thai text and the product details of every piece before you use it, then fix them in the app. On paid plans, editing images and resizing use no credits. During the trial, editing by typing an instruction is free 5 times, and a resize or a similar variation of an image costs 1 trial credit. Making a new image uses credits as usual.
