Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and GenLabs Co., Ltd. By accessing or using GenLabs, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GenLabs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service description

GenLabs คือเอเจนซีการตลาดในรูปแบบซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับทีมแบรนด์ไทย เชื่อมข้อมูลแบรนด์ ทิศทางครีเอทีฟ การผลิตภาพ วิดีโอ AI รูปแบบ UGC และการเผยแพร่ไว้ในเวิร์กสเปซเดียว

3. User accounts and security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• GenLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and billing

• ภาพมาตรฐานใช้ 1 เครดิต วิดีโอ 10/15 วินาทีใช้ 40 เครดิต, 20 วินาที 80 เครดิต และ 30 วินาที 120 เครดิต ตามความยาวที่โมเดลรองรับ เครื่องมือและการแก้ไขที่รวมในแผนใช้ฟรี
• ติดต่อ support@genlabs.in.th ภายใน 7 วันหลังชำระเงินเพื่อขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน หากยังไม่ได้สร้างผลงานใด ๆ เมื่อสร้างภาพหรือวิดีโอแล้ว รวมถึงภาพโหมด Relax จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
• บัตรเครดิตต่ออายุรายเดือน ส่วน PromptPay เริ่มสิทธิ์ใหม่ 30 วันเมื่อชำระสำเร็จ
• เครดิตประจำรอบไม่ทบไปรอบถัดไป เครดิต Boost เป็นเครดิตถาวรแต่ต้องมีแผนที่ยังใช้งานอยู่จึงใช้ได้ Pro และ Business รวมภาพโหมด Relax ไม่ใช่วิดีโอหรือการสร้างแบบเร็วไม่จำกัด
• GenLabs reserves the right to modify pricing and credit allocations with 30 days notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of any images you upload to GenLabs.
• AI-generated images are licensed to you for commercial and personal use upon generation.
• You may not claim AI-generated images were created by a human artist.
• GenLabs may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve its AI models and services.
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use GenLabs to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Create misleading or deceptive content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GenLabs does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Results may vary based on input quality and selected styles.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

GenLabs may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
